To commemorate the 87th Anniversary of Kristallnacht and the Kindertransport, Mark Bamberger, MD, will present a 100-year family story based on material saved by his late father, Henry Bamberger, a German born refugee from Leipzig.
Michele Gold will share the moving story of her mother, pictured below, a Holocaust survivor from Leipzig, who was saved by the Kindertransport, a rescue effort that saved approximately 10,000 children.
This presentation is a powerful testament to the strength of the human spirit, gratitude, hope and resilience and the importance of honoring the legacy of their families.
