Holocaust Writing and Art Contest Entry Form

All entries must be at the Tolerance Education Center no later than Friday, March 16, 2012 at 5 pm.

Art & writing entries may be delivered to the Tolerance Education Center, 35147 Landy Lane (off Bop Hope at Ginger Rogers), Rancho Mirage, CA 92270 on Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Call 760.328.8252 for directions.

I have read and understand the rules and regulations of this contest and understand that the Tolerance Education Center will not return the entry. I certify that the entry submitted is the student's original effort and all information provided is correct. I further understand that the Center reserves the right to reproduce, publish and exhibit any entry using the name of the contestant where possible.

PRIZES  —  Winning writing and art entries will be chosen from each division.

First Place - $300  •  Second Place - $200  •  Third Place - $100

Winners will be notified by Monday, April 16, 2012. Winning contestants will be honored at the Holocaus Day of Remembrance observation at Temple Sinai on Sunday, April 22 and entries will be displayed at the Tolerance Education Center after that date.
